Letter Report

Brabazon Title Team Group will provide a report detailing all liens recorded or docketed in various public records for a parcel of land from the date the owner acquired the property to the present date. A letter report does not provide any insurance on your property.

There are many situations when a letter report is recommended:

• Buying a home, land, or other property
• Setting up a transfer of death deed as part of estate planning
• Purchasing or bidding on homes at foreclosure or sheriff sales (no review of civil files will be conducted)
• Business expansion or purchasing adjacent land
